Scrambled Eggs

Breakfast is a meal that for many is often skipped because the morning is rushed! Scrambled eggs are a quick, inexpensive, healthy way to make sure you have your breakfast before scrambling out the door every day. You will also save money by not eating out for breakfast on the go as many do.

We will be making all different kinds of eggs that are great for an affordable, easy breakfast that is portable and delicious!

Scrambled Egg Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (You can add more or less depending on the portion size you desire.)
  • 1 slice of cheese (We used Munster, but you can choose the cheese you want, and if you want to include it!)
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil

To start you should prep all of the ingredients for your scrambled eggs.

Prepping your ingredients ahead of time is a key way to make the cooking process easier because it will already be done as you follow the recipe.

  • Break and beat the eggs
  • Break up the cheese into small pieces, unless you are using shredded cheese. If you need to shred your cheese measure it out and do it in advance. If it is already shredded, just measure out the amount you want and set it aside!

Now that you are prepped and ready it is time to start cooking your scrambled eggs!

  • Preheat the stove with the butter on high until the butter melts.
  • Put the cheese in the pan and let the cheese melt. Turn the heat down to medium as the cheese melts to prevent burning.
  • Next, add the beaten eggs to the pan and stir with a spatula until the egg is cooked to your liking. I tend to go with the more well-done finished product, but you can leave them runny if you would like as well!
  • Last, add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!

Eggs are a yummy and inexpensive way to start your day. In my family, we love to do eggs in all different ways, but this is usually the base of the scrambled egg recipes! More to come soon!

Please let us know how your scrambled eggs turn out when you make them! We would love to know how you liked it! You can also submit pictures with a review to hello@debtblogger.info, and we may post your review on the site! We look forward to hearing from you!
