My husband and I found out about Fresh Books through a friend when we started Debt Blogger, and it has been a great tool for us as small business owners. Keeping your books organized and sticking to a budget is so important when running a business. Fresh Books provides the software and support we need as small business owners, and it can help you too! Our Review of Swagbucks
Swagbucks is great. I use it all the time. It’s an easy way to earn gift cards from companies such as Target, Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, and more! All you need to do is download the app, and in your spare time, you can take surveys, watch videos, shop online, search the web, and play games through Swagbucks. The more you do, the more you make! Sign up for Swagbucks here.
Our Review of Survey Junkie
Survey Junkie is another app I use very often to make some extra cash! It is effortless. All you do is download the app and sign up so you can choose surveys to take, and if you qualify, you get points that add up to a cash payout! You can redeem your cash when you hit $5 in points each time or let it add up to more before you collect! Sign up for Survey Junkie here.
Our Review of Credit Karma
Are you trying to keep track of your credit but don’t know what program to use to monitor your credit score? I have used Credit Karma on numerous occasions to monitor my credit score over the years! It is easy to use and free! Credit Karma also makes recommendations for credit cards, debt tips, and personal loan companies. Take a look and sign up for Credit Karma here.
Our Review of CuraDebt
We have friends who used CuraDebt to help them deal with their debt in collections, and they had a great experience. CuraDebt is available to not only help you settle your credit card debt; they also have services to help with medical debt, tax debt, and more! They took control of their debt with CuraDebt, and you can too! Sign up here for CuraDebt.
Our Review of National Funding
As a small business owner, I am always looking into companies that work with small businesses. National Funding is a company I would use for a loan because they work with businesses of all sizes, and the loans they provide don’t require a high credit score. They also fund the loan within 24 hours once you are approved! Sign up for National Funding here.
Our Review of Honey
I have wasted hours online, trying to find working coupon codes. Thankfully I found the Honey chrome extension about a year ago, and now I can shop on a budget without wasting hours of my time coupon hunting. Honey makes it so easy. They find the coupons and try each coupon code for you to see if any of the coupon codes work for your purchase. It doesn’t always find a coupon, but it will always save you time, and you will know you got the best deal! Download Honey here.
Our Review of Green Light Cash
Green Light Cash provides loans for those who can’t get approved for a loan. They will approve you in most cases, but be aware these loans are not legal in all states and tend to have higher interest rates than other loans will, but if you need money in a pinch, they are a reliable company to apply with. It is an easy application process, and you will get your funding the next day. Apply here for Green Light Cash.
Our Review of Payoff
We looked into using Payoff because it was recommended by a friend, and it is a great program if you are looking for a personal loan to consolidate debt and pay it off on a budget.
Consolidating allows you to make a lower payment with a lower interest rate than you would be paying for all of your minimums with multiple interest rates. Joining with Payoff will not only help you get out of debt but will also boost your FICO score! Apply here for Payoff.
Our Review of Tally
I found Tally to be a very interesting site. We ended up with some debt last year and wanted to set up a program to pay it down. With Tally’s help, we got on budget and were able to pay off the debt in 6 months! What I found to be unique about Tally was their personal loan program. They not only helped me pay off my debt and start saving, but they gave me a loan to cover the credit card debt I had with high-interest rates so that I could pay it off even faster! My loan was not free of interest, but it was less than I was paying for my credit cards, so I ended up paying much less and getting out of debt faster! Take a look at Tally here to see if they can help you too!
Our Review for CreditRepair.com
My cousin used CreditRepair.com last year when he was trying to take control of his finances and said it was a very helpful experience. They helped him check his credit score and report. Once they got all of the information, they needed off of his credit report. Once they got all of the information they needed off his credit report by doing a soft credit check, they contacted the collection agencies for him to settle the amount he needed to pay. They set it up for him so he could pay the smaller settlements in one payment, and the larger amounts, he paid on an affordable payment plan. After it was all paid, they contacted the credit bureaus for him to have the negative reports taken off faster than they would on their own. Take control of your credit health and sign up here for CreditRepair.com.
Our Review of TransUnion
My husband uses TransUnion to track his credit report regularly. This site is unique because you can keep track of all 3 of your credit reports for a small membership fee of $39 a month. You can also download your current credit reports and have unlimited access to your reports whenever you want to see them. TransUnion also recommends what you can do with CreditCompass to fix your credit. It is always important to know what is being reported on your credit score, so you know if you need to challenge or fix something being reported on your credit. Sign up for TransUnion here.
Our Review of Digit
I tried Digit to stay on budget and save. It is a challenge to put money away when things are tight, but it’s so important to put something away from each check; even if it’s a small amount, it adds up! Digit helped me organize my savings goals, and I made .10% interest on my savings every 3 months! It was easy to use and kept me on track! Digit will also help you save for overpaying your credit card bills and still staying on budget. They have so many helpful features, and I am happy I gave it a try. Take a look at Digit here to start saving.
Our Review of Deal Dash
Shopping on DealDash is quite an experience. Bidding on the items at a lower price than you would get in the store or on another site. I found that they had a HUGE variety of items, and as long as I went in knowingly what I wanted to find and didn’t bid on too many things, I was able to get the items I was interested in at a great price! Air Fryers can be pricey, but I got mine on DealDash for $19.20! It was fun, and I got a great deal, how can that be wrong? Shopping with such low prices helped me stay on budget and get what I wanted. Shop on DealDash here.
Our Review of Stash
Stash is a great option if you are new to investing and want to start with small investments because you can invest with any dollar amount, and they have thousands of stocks and funds to invest in with no add on trading commissions. My friend tried it and loved it! You connect Stash to your account with online banking, and you can organize your savings as well as your investments. Stash also gives personal guidance you can use if you are new to investing. It doesn’t “teach” you how to invest, but I found the site’s information to be very informative when I read through it. Sign up for Stash here.
Our Review of Acorns
Acorns will help you set up your budget to stay on track and help you start investing your spare change. I may not seem like much, but spare change and singles add up quickly! A friend of mine used Acorns and wasn’t sure about it initially, but now she has grown a strong portfolio from that change! Their membership fee starts with the “lite” program for only $1 per month. You can start investing spare change, earn bonus investments, and learn to invest while staying on a budget. Acorns also offers financial articles that will help you learn more about investing and saving. Their “Personal” plan is $3 a month, still a great price! You will also be able to invest spare change and set up for your retirement with spare change, investment, and savings. You will also be able to set up a checking account with Acorns. They provide the account with a debit card and don’t charge fees for using ATM’s nationwide and various places around the world. They also have a family plan for $5 a month, where you can also open accounts for your kids! My friend has this plan, and she is now setting the whole family up for the future at a very budget-friendly price. Sign up for Acorns here.
